These technique can be used by the starter Pokémon ( Pikachu or Eevee ) only - however , many other Pokémon are rideablein the games and a few of these cover similar functionality . Lapras can surfboard over water , while Charizard and Dragonite can soar in the sky , passing over sealed obstacles and fences ( though it is modified ) .

Light Up

allow the player to dismount up dark caves . It ’s the equivalent of the HM / TMFlash .
