Pokémon Sword & Shield — 09 January , 2020
The Pokémon Direct has just finished airing , which announced devote DLC for Pokémon Sword & Shield . There are two fresh adventures titledThe Isle of ArmorandThe Crown Tundra , to be released in June and in the fall severally .
But first up was a port of the GBA / DS game Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team . The new version , for Nintendo Switch , is titledPokémon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX . It will be releasedMarch 6th , 2020however there will be a demo uncommitted today !
Next up was the fully grown news show : an Expansion Pass for Pokémon Sword and Shield . It will be paid DLC and includes two novel dangerous undertaking plus over 200 additional Pokémon not available in Sword / Shield . A new fabled PokémonKubfuis fundamental to the story . It evolves intoUrshifuwhich has two different styles , Single Strike ( Fighting / Dark type ) and Rapid Strike ( Fighting / Water case ) . Other new characteristic mentioned admit Tutor Moves , Apricorns ( to make alternating Poké Balls ) , Exp . spell which give more Exp . point in battle , new fashion item and a customizable Rotom Bike .
Part 2,The Crown Tundrahas a theme of " Exploration " and features a snowy mountainous part for you to research . There is also another new fabled Pokémon , Calyrex , which is Psychic / Grass type . Other features let in a unexampled co - op looseness mode that provide exploration of Pokémon Dens and the encounter of legendary Pokémon from retiring games .
Finally , it was declare that Pokémon Home , the new Pokémon transferral system will be released in February 2020 .
