Dynamax battle mechanics
Dynamax can only be used once per battle and lasts for 3 turns , after which the Pokémon will render to normal size . Their motion also turn into powerfulMax moves- there is be one Max move per character for attacking moves , plus Max Guard for all status movement . This means Pokémon can cease up with multiple of the same Max move .
Max run attempt with great power but also have extra effects such as induce a sandstorm or Grassy Terrain ( see belowfor the full list of moves and effects ) . They can also hit throughProtect - like motion , but do so with cut mogul . The Max Guard move , however , does fully protect a Dynamax Pokémon from all moves let in Max move .
